Q: How much does it cost to study in Canada?

Q: I want to study in Canada, where do I start and what are the steps?

A: First step is to obtain a letter of acceptance from a Canadian Designated Learning Institution, after receiving the admission letter you may then apply for a Study Permit online or by mail. Please note the study permit will have a duration period equivalent to the length of the study program plus extra days for settlement and departure time.


Q: Are scholarships and financial aid available to international student in Canada?

A: Yes, certain institutions do offer scholarships and financial aid programs. Speak with us to find out more.


Q: Are IELTS or CELPIP required before submitting a study permit application?

A: This is not a requirement for a Canadian Study permit unless you are applying through the Student Partner Program. However most Canadian universities and colleges do require IELTS or proof of language proficiency for admission to most of their programs.

Q: How long is the processing time for a Study Permit to Canada?

A: Approximately 6-8 weeks.


Q: Do I need a Study Permit for a short study program?

A: If the program is under 6 months, you do not need a study permit. Anything over 6 months, a study permit will be required.


Q: Can I work while studying in Canada?

A: Yes, if you meet all the eligibility requirements you may work a maximum of 20 hours per week during regular academic sessions and full time during school break periods. Please note, students enrolled in an ESL or FSL (English or French as a Secondary Language) program are not authorized to work with a study permit.


Q: Can I stay in Canada after graduating from my program?
